Each item has its own timeframe for delivery, generally mentioned above the options area for each product. Loose lab-created diamonds are shipped between 2–7 days from the date of order.
- Upgraded shipping methods help deliver your items faster once they are shipped; however, this does not accelerate the processing time before the order is shipped.
- If you need something sooner, please feel free to contact us to check availability.
- Items are boxed for safekeeping or gift giving—we understand that jewelry is often a special surprise, and we want to help maintain that surprise. All orders are packed in eco-friendly packaging, and the label won’t give anything away! For international orders, please contact Star Impex for assistance.

Are lab diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab grown diamonds have the same physical, chemical, and optical characteristics as natural diamonds, as well as the same fire, scintillation, and sparkle. They are real diamonds. Lab grown diamonds are nearly impossible to differentiate from natural diamonds with the naked eye.
